Finally - a practical mission statement framework for the 'Start with Why' generation. All you need to do is answer a few questions.

Does this sound familiar?

Your team can't seem to break free of old, tired ways of doing things.

They’re not bringing their best effort and creativity to their work.

They’re just not meeting their potential.

You know you want a more committed group of people to work with, but you’re not sure how to get one.

In this situation, most leaders try to exert more control. They rely more and more on extrinsic rewards like bonuses in an attempt to boost performance.

It’s frustrating to witness. You lose productivity and your customer service

suffers. Instead of going home fulfilled, your mind turns over what went wrong and what you can do next to ‘fix’ your team. Surely it doesn't have to be that hard?

I’ve experienced the same feelings and frustrations. And what I’ve found through trial and error is that the key to achieving sustainable team success is to connect people to their purpose.

"Brilliant - it's empowered the whole team - dentists, hygienists, nurses, receptionists, even the cleaner are now doing things towards one goal."

James Goolnik - Bow Lane Dental

A better way - create your Creed

Clearly defining and articulating purpose can truly propel a company forward:

A more inspired, engaged and successful team
A more productive and positive culture
Greater clarity and achievement on a daily basis for everyone in your business
An edge on the competition

Defining your purpose, and the other key messages that underpin it is a difficult process. But not because you don't know what you want. After all, you live and breathe your business, you have a clear picture of how you want it to be, and you know why you got into this in the first place.

The problem is you lack:

The time and focus to explore your purpose

The confidence to articulate it

The framework to make sure it stays at the heart of your team

And this is where I can help. The only work I require from you is to answer my questions.

Creating your Business Creed

My Business Creed process tackles 5 fundamental questions that you and your team need to have answers to:

What do we do?

Why do we do it?

Where are we heading?

How do we behave?

How will we get there?

Critically, it also gives you the framework to keep it alive.

Working with me and creating your Creed will give you:

A more inspired, engaged and successful team

A more productive and positive culture

Greater clarity and achievement on a daily basis for everyone in your business

An edge on the competition

How it Works

I take all of the thinking off your desk. The only work I ask of you is to answer my questions during our calls, which are planned at a time to suit you. I’ll need you to reflect and comment honestly on the content I create, and I will need you to commit to keeping the messages alive and using the framework.

Investment

Creating your Business Creed involves an investment of £1,500. This is helpfully broken into three payments of £500 each, to be paid at the beginning of months 1, 2, and 3.

A recent Gallup study revealed that the return on investment of turning just one disengaged employee into an engaged one is representative of an £8,000 increase in productivity (based on a £20k salary). And so the Business Creed will pay for itself many times over even if you have a small team.
